Во Введении представлено обоснование актуальности исследования особенностей адаптации у лиц с разным уровнем самооценки в современных условиях мобильности. Представлены результаты теоретического анализа факторов, обуславливающих успешную адаптацию в современной реальности, а также описаны особенности влияния субъективных представлений, самооценки и отношения к себе как детерминант адаптации. Новизна исследования заключается в выявлении и описании содержания субъективных представлений о детерминации успешной адаптации в ситуации повышенной мобильности.

В качестве Методов исследования выступили методики: «Факторы успешной адаптации» (Т. Н. Щербакова, Х. Х. Тамасханова), тест «Потребность в достижении» (Ю. М. Орлов, В. И. Шкуркин, Л. П. Орлова), и «Тест самооценки» (С. А. Будасси). Был проведен сопоставительный анализ особенностей самооценки, а также потребностей в достижении у лиц с разным уровнем самооценки.

В разделе «Результаты» представлены данные, которые свидетельствуют о специфике субъективных представлений о детерминации успешной адаптации. В большинстве случаев для студентов с успешной адаптацией характерен высокий уровень самооценки (51,3 %), менее выражен средний уровень (37,4 %), еще меньше – пониженный (11,3 %). Указываемые респондентами критерии успешной адаптации больше опираются на категории социального признания и продуктивности, и в меньшей степени – на содержание внутренних переживаний.

В Обсуждении результатов представлено описание и интерпретация результатов исследования субъективных представлений о детерминации успешной адаптации в условиях мобильности у лиц с разной самооценкой. Данные эмпирического исследования показывают наличие индивидуальных ресурсов и рисков адаптации личности в ситуации мобильности.

В Заключении подчеркивается роль субъективных факторов в успешной адаптации личности с разным уровнем самооценки в условиях мобильности. В разделе также представлен алгоритм психологического сопровождения успешной адаптации личности в современных условиях.

The Introduction justifies the relevance of the study of adaptation features in people with different levels of self-esteem in terms of mobility. The results of the theoretical analysis of the factors that determine the successful adaptation of individuals in modern reality are presented. The features of subjective perceptions, self-esteem and self-attitude as determinants of adaptation are described. The characteristic of barriers to the adaptation of the individual arising in new conditions is described. The novelty of the research lies in the identification and description of the content of subjective ideas about the determination of successful adaptation in a situation of increased mobility.

The following Methods were used: Factors of Successful Adaptation by T.N. Shcherbakova and H.H. Tamaskhanova, The Need for Achievement Test by Y.M. Orlov, V.I. Shurkin, and L.P. Orlova, and Self-Assessment Test by S.A. Budassi. A comparative analysis of the achievement needs of individuals with different levels of self-esteem was carried out.

The Results section presents data that indicate the specifics of subjective ideas about the determination of successful adaptation. In most cases, students with successful adaptation are characterized by a high level of self–esteem (51.3%), a less pronounced average level (37.4%), and even less - lowered (11.3%). The criteria of successful adaptation indicated by the respondents are more based on the social recognition and productivity categories, and lesser on the content of internal experiences.

In the Discussion section contains the description and interpretation of the results of the study of subjective ideas about the determination of successful adaptation in conditions of mobility in people with different levels of self-esteem are presented. The results of an empirical study show the presence of individual resources and the risks of personal adaptation in a situation of mobility.

In Conclusion section the role of subjective factors in the success of personality adaptation in the conditions of mobility is emphasized. The section also presents an algorithm for psychological support of personality adaptation in modern conditions.
