В исследовании затрагиваются вопросы применения дидактических принципов в процессе правового воспитания молодого поколения. Снижение правосознания и гражданственности среди молодежи, а также обилие традиционных теоретических методик, неспособных структурировать правовую культуру в сознании обучающихся, являются актуальными проблемами правовой среды. В связи с этим необходима переоценка содержания правового воспитания в учебном процессе и расширение базовых дидактических принципов, с учетом применения современных технологий и интерактивных методик.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Актуализация научного интереса к проблемам правового воспитания в учебном процессе и выявление основных дидактических принципов, структурирующих правовую культуру в сознании обучающихся в наиболее гибком и модернизированном виде.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследовании был применен обзорный анализ на основе системного структурирования научно–теоретических концепций, а также методы синтеза и организации (для создания общей теоретической системы), наблюдения, классификации, моделирования и прогнозирования.</p><p>Теоретическое обоснование. В силу своего междисциплинарного характера, дидактические принципы подразумевают определенные ориентиры в учебном процессе, однако, в зависимости от научного контекста они могут иметь разные виды и содержание. В системе права реализация комплекса дидактических принципов структурирует правовое образование и воспитывает гражданственность молодого поколения.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение результатов</title><p>Обсуждение результатов. Исследование различных дидактических концепций, включающих в себя элементы интерактивности, современные технологии, игровые методы и инновационные принципы, подтверждает проблему разрозненности педагогических методик. Использование комплекса дидактических принципов в процессе формирования правовой культуры подразумевает значительное обновление учебной деятельности посредством интеграции образовательной, методической и научно–исследовательской системы с практическими инновационными методами. В свою очередь, совершенствование и углубление педагогической деятельности обуславливает развитие уровня правовой осознанности, увеличение масштабов распространения правовых и гражданских ценностей, а также общественно–политических идеалов и норм.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The study deals with the application of didactic principles in the process of legal education of the younger generation. The decrease in legal awareness and civic consciousness among young people and the abundance of traditional theoretical methods that are unable to structure legal culture in the minds of students are actual problems of the legal environment. In this regard, it is necessary to re-evaluate the content of legal education in the educational process and expand the basic didactic principles, taking into account modern technologies and interactive techniques usage.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. Maintenance of scientific interest in the problems of legal nurturing during the educational process and identification of the main didactic principles structuring legal culture in the minds of students in the most flexible and modernized form.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The study used a review analysis based on the systematic structuring of scientific and theoretical concepts, and also synthesis and organization methods (to create a general theoretical system), observation, classification, modelling and forecasting.</p><p>Theoretical justification. Due to their cross–subject nature, didactic principles mean certain guidelines in the educational process, but in different scientific fields, they may have various types and content. In the legal system the implementation of a complex of didactic principles establishes the foundation of legal education and teaches young generation to develop their civil consciousness.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusion. The study of various didactic concepts, including elements of interactivity, modern technologies, game methods and innovative principles, confirms the problem of pedagogical fragmentation. The use of such didactic principles complex in the process of legal culture formation implies significant renewal of educational activities through the integration of the educational, methodological and research system with practical innovative methods.
