Актуальность проблемы обусловлена значимостью изучения личностных качеств, способствующих адаптации индивида к социуму и к профессиональной деятельности. Одним из таких качеств является ассертивность как способность человека достигать собственных целей, не причиняя вреда другим людям и не нарушая их прав.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Выявление взаимосвязи ассертивности, личностной идентичности и параметров самоотношения у молодых специалистов сферы образования.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В качестве диагностического инструментария использовались опросники на выявление ассертивности В. П. Шейнова и А. С. Девицына, личностной идентичности Л. Б. Шнейдер, самоотношения С. Р. Пантелеева. Обработка результатов проводилась с применением корреляционного анализа, дихотомического и точечно-бисериального коэффициентов корреляции Пирсона.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Всего в исследовании приняло участие 83 молодых специалиста сферы образования г. Череповца Вологодской области (96,39% выборки составили женщины) в возрасте до 35 лет, со стажем от 2 месяцев до 3 лет. Выявлена положительная связь низкого уровня ассертивности (пассивные) с двумя статусами идентичности: преждевременной и мораторием идентичности. Также обнаружена положительная связь с такими параметрами самоотношения, как закрытость, внутренняя конфликтность, самообвинение, и отрицательная связь с самоуверенностью, самоценностью, отраженным самоотношением. Средний уровень ассертивности (ассертивные) положительно коррелирует со статусом «достигнутая идентичность», а также с самоуверенностью, саморуководством и самоценностью, и отрицательно – с внутренней конфликтностью и самообвинением. Высокий уровень ассертивности (настойчивые) положительно связан с гиперидентичностью и закрытостью, как характеристикой самоотношения, и отрицательно – с саморуководством и самопринятием.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение результатов</title><p>Обсуждение результатов. В ходе обсуждения делается вывод, что наиболее оптимальным для успешного функционирования личности является сочетание среднего уровня ассертивности («ассертивные») с достигнутой идентичностью и позитивными параметрами самоотношения, особенно с самопринятием и саморуководством, которые дают возможность наиболее полно проявить свою субъектность на основе принятия себя. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в процессе работы с молодыми специалистами образовательной сферы в период их адаптации образовательной организации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The relevance of the problem is due to the importance of studying personal qualities that contribute to the adaptation of an individual to society and professional activity. One of such qualities is assertiveness as a person's ability to achieve their own goals without harming other people and without violating their rights.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Identify the relationship between assertiveness, personal identity, and self-relationship parameters in young specialists in the sphere of education.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The assertiveness questionnaires of V. P. Sheinov and A. S. Devitsyn, L. B. Schneider's personal identity, and S. R. Panteleev's self-relationship questionnaires were used as diagnostic tools. The results were processed using correlation analysis, Pearson's dichotomous correlation coefficients, and point-biserial correlation coefficients.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A total of 83 young specialists in the field of education in Cherepovets, Vologda Oblast (96.39% of the sample were women) aged up to 35 years, with an experience of 2 months to 3 years, participated in the study. A positive connection of the low level of assertiveness (passive) with two identity statuses was revealed: premature identity and moratorium identity. A positive relationship was also found with parameters of self-relationship such as closedness, inner conflict, self-blame, and a negative relationship with self-confidence, self-value, and reflected self-relationship. The medium level of assertiveness (assertive) correlates positively with achieved identity status, as well as self-confidence, self-management, and self-value, and negatively with internal conflict and self-accusation. High level of assertiveness (persistent) is positively correlated with hyperidentity and closedness as a characteristic of self-relationship, and negatively with self-management and self-acceptance.</p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion. During the discussion, it is concluded that the most optimal for the successful functioning of personality is the combination of the average level of assertiveness ("assertive") with achieved identity and positive parameters of self-relationship, especially self-acceptance and self-management, which give the opportunity to manifest their subjectivity most fully on the basis of self-acceptance.
