Описаны психологические особенности представителей поколений Y и Z. Феномен отношения ко времени рассматривается одновременно как основа восприятия содержания человеческой деятельности, и как зависимый от нее элемент.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Установление особенностей отношения ко времени у представителей поколения Y и Z с различиями в выраженности лидерских качеств.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Представлены основные методики эмпирического исследования: «Временные децентрации» (Е. И. Головаха, А. А. Кроник); «Я ― лидер» (Е. С. Фёдоров, О. В. Ерёмин); «Диагностика лидерских способностей» (Е. Жарикова, Е. Крушельницкий); «Шкалы переживания времени» (Е. И. Головаха, А. А. Кроник). Приведено описание выборки: 51 представитель поколения Y и Z, мужчины и женщины, в возрасте 19–38 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Нами были обнаружены связи между показателями лидерских качеств, выраженными шкалами «высокий и средний уровень»; между показателями временной децентрации «ориентация на прошлое»; между показателями лидерских способностей, выраженными шкалами «низкий и средний», и такими шкалами переживания времени, как «пустое», «насыщенное», «течет медленно», «течет быстро», «беспредельное», «ограниченное», «однообразное» и «разнообразное».</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. Особенности отношения ко времени описаны в связи с лидерскими качествами представителей сетевых поколений Y и Z. Проводится сравнительный анализ выраженности лидерских качеств у представителей разных поколений. Подчеркивается наличие большего лидерского потенциала у поколения Y. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для установления более продуктивных взаимоотношений между преподавателями и студентами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Psychological features of generations Y and Z representatives are described. The relation to time is considered both as the basis for the perception of the content of the human activity and as an element dependent on it.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. The study is aimed to establish the peculiarities of the attitude to time among representatives of generations Y and Z with differences in the severity of leadership qualities.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The main methods of empirical research are presented: Temporal Decentrations by Golovakha and Kronik; I Am a Leader by Fedorov and Eremin; Diagnostics of Leadership Abilities by Zharikova and Krushelnitsky; Time Experience Scale by Golovakha and Kronik. The sample description is given: 51 representatives of generations Y and Z, male and female, aged 19‒38 years.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The connections between indicators of leadership qualities expressed by the scale’s high and medium level; between the indicators of temporal decentralization ‘orientation to the past’; between the indicators of leadership abilities shown by the scales ‘low and medium’ and such scales of time experience as ‘empty’, ‘saturated’, ‘flowing slowly’, ‘flowing fast’, ‘unlimited’, ‘limited’, ‘monotonous’ and ‘multifarious’.</p><p>Discussion and Сonclusion. The peculiarities of the attitude to time are described in connection with the leadership qualities of the Net Generations Y and Z representatives. A comparative analysis of leadership qualities severity among representatives of different generations is carried out. The presence of higher leadership potential in generation Y is emphasized.
