В статье рассматриваются различные теории и подходы к пониманию идентичности, которые сосредоточены на объяснении действий индивида в группе с точки зрения психических событий и состояний. Новизна исследования заключается в анализе современных концепций идентичности.

Во Введении обоснована актуальность проблемы идентичности. В данном разделе рассматриваются работы авторов по проблеме образа «Я», представлены варианты описания понятия идентичности, перечислены его собственные признаки, а также проведен анализ определений понятия идентичности. Установлено, что в рамках данной проблемы многие исследования объясняют феномен идентичности на уровне не только индивидуального познания, но и коллективного поведения.

В Разделе «Методы» описана выборка, на которой проводилось эмпирическое исследование – её составили 30 человек. Исследование личностной идентичности у данной выборки респондентов было проведено с использованием методики «МИЛИ» Л. Б. Шнейдер. Целью исследования стал анализ и обобщение существующих представлений об идентичности, как о важном аспекте личности.

В разделе «Результаты» представлен анализ полученных данных по методике. Было установлено, что чаще всего респонденты не определяют свой статус идентичности как осознанный выбор. Они неудовлетворены собой и своим выбором, не имеют ценности собственного «Я», а также часто находятся в кризисном состоянии. Об этом говорит преобладание среди респондентов диффузной идентичности и так называемого «моратория».

В Обсуждении результатов представлен обзор концепций идентичности. По результатам исследования, как теоретического, так и эмпирического, автор делает вывод о малой изученности, но, в то же время, ключевой роли идентичности на сегодняшний день.

The article discusses various theories and approaches to understanding identity, which focus on explaining the actions of an individual in a group in terms of mental events and states. The novelty of the research lies in the analysis of modern concepts of identity.

The Introduction substantiates the relevance of the identity problem. This section examines the authors' works on the problem of the “I” image, presents options for describing the concept of identity, lists its characteristics, and analyzes the definitions of the concept of identity. It is established that within the framework of this problem, many studies explain the phenomenon of identity at the level of not only individual cognition but also collective behavior.

The “Methods” section describes the sample on which the empirical study was conducted – it consisted of 30 people. The study of personal identity in this sample of respondents was conducted using the technique for studying the personal identity by L. B. Schneider. The purpose of the study was to analyze and generalize existing ideas about identity as a significant aspect of personality.

The “Results” section presents an analysis of the data obtained by the method. It was found that respondents most often do not define their identity status as a conscious choice. They are dissatisfied with themselves and their choices, do not have the value of their own “I”, and are also often in a state of crisis. This is evidenced by the prevalence of diffuse identity and the moratorium among respondents.

The Discussion of the results provides an overview of the concepts of identity. According to the results of the research, the author concludes that there is little knowledge, but at the same time, the key role of identity today.
