Особенности психологических защит и самопредъявления у женщин с разным уровнем внутренней конфликтности
Abstract
Введение. Актуальность темы определяется высоким влиянием самоотношения, в частности – внутренней конфликтности, на поведение личности и, как следствие, на качество жизни и субъективное благополучие.
Цель. Изучить особенности структуры психологических защит и самопредъявления у женщин как предикторов и последствий внутренней конфликтности.
Материалы и методы. Для сбора эмпирических данных была использована шкала «Внутренняя конфликтность», входящая в состав «МИС» С. Р. Пантилеева, «Методика диагностики структуры и силы психологической защиты» и опросник «Стратегии самопредъявления». Для обработки результатов применены U-критерий Манна-Уитни, корреляционный анализ, линейная регрессия.
Результаты исследования. В исследовании приняли участие 94 женщины в возрасте от 18 до 43 лет. Респонденты были поделены на две группы: 1) женщины с низким уровнем внутренней конфликтности (n = 54), 2) женщины с высоким уровнем внутренней конфликтности (n = 40). Статистически значимые различия подтвердились по шкалам «Демонстрации слабости / мольба», «Отслеживание впечатления», «Вытеснение», «Регрессия» и «Смещение». Средние значения всех параметров выше в группе женщин с высоким уровнем внутренней конфликтности. Ядро взаимосвязей параметров защитных механизмов и самопредъявления в группе 1 выстраивается вокруг показателей «Регрессия», «Демонстрация слабости/ мольба» и «Отслеживание впечатления». У группы 2 взаимосвязи выстраиваются вокруг параметров «Вариативность поведения», «Сублимация», «Отслеживание впечатления» и «Проекция». Психологические защиты «Вытеснение», «Регрессия» и «Смещение» являются предикторами внутренней конфликтности. При этом, внутренняя конфликтность влияет на выраженность параметров самопредъявления «Демонстрация слабости / мольба» и «Отслеживание впечатления».
Обсуждение результатов. Внутренняя конфликтность проявилась как промежуточная переменная: с одной стороны она детерминируется различными типами психологических защит (регрессия, вытеснение, смещение), а с другой – сама выступает как фактор поведения личности (демонстрация слабости, отслеживание впечатления).
