История создания кафедры научной организации труда и лаборатории психотехники в Донском политехническом институте в 1920-е гг.

Abstract
Введение. Научная организация труда являлась одной из отечественных управленческих концепций, внедряемых в первые годы советской власти в качестве инструмента повышения эффективности производства. Для полноценной реализации данной концепции важным представлялось изменение сознания трудящихся, в том числе с помощью методов психотехники.
Цель исследования: исследовать региональный опыт реализации кафедры научной организации труда в Донском политехническом институте в середине 1920-х гг.
Материалы и методы. Источниковую базу настоящего исследования составили архивные документы, хранящиеся в Государственном архиве Ростовской области. В процессе исследования использовались общенаучные, а также специальные научные методы, в частности, сравнительно-исторический и ретроспективный анализ.
Результаты исследования. Преподавание будущим инженерам и техникам основ анатомии и физиологии, особенностей ритмов мышечной активности считалось оптимальным способом формирования трудящегося «нового типа». Учитывая неблагоприятный внешнеполитический контекст, предприятия Советской России нуждались в эффективных кадрах для будущей индустриализации страны. Концепция НОТ считалась оптимальным способом повысить производительность труда работника, оптимизируя его деятельность. Однако, НОТ, как и многие другие инициативы в 1930-е гг. оказалась невостребованной в связи с централизацией системы управления образованием в стране.
Обсуждение результатов. Данное исследование вносит вклад в изучение истории психологической науки и педагогики на Юге России в 1920-е гг. В научный оборот впервые вводятся ранее не использованные исследователями архивные источники по изучению истории психологии труда и промышленной психологии. Данное исследование вносит вклад в формирование биографии донского учёного Николая Николаевича Дьякова, который будучи профессором (1920) стал инициатором создания кафедры НОТ в Донском политехническом институте, а также являлся первым заведующим кафедрой «Детали машин» Ростовского института сельхозмашиностроения (РИСХМа).
